Michael (Mike) W. Camp earned his Eagle Scout badge, graduated high school, and joined the U.S. Navy (submarines). After four years and an honorable discharge, he married the love of his life, Jennifer, in 1997. They have lived in Santa Rosa for 22 years and have three children: Morgan, Thomas (Tommy), and Logan. During this time, Mike worked as a concrete cutter and core driller; as a forklift operator and teller for Cal-Steam (a local plumbing supply house); and a Plumber’s Assistant for journeyman plumbers, especially Gavin Duarte. Mike began plumbing in 2001 and then earned his Journeyman Plumber’s License in 2009. He started Platinum Plumbing that later was renamed North Bay Platinum Plumbing, Inc. in 2019. Honor, integrity, a strong moral code, dependability, and an encyclopedic level of plumber’s knowledge (regarding local codes, regulations, and know-how) are his principal tools on all projects. He guarantees his work, ensures his customers’ satisfaction, and grew his business based on their positive word-of-mouth advertising that praised his work.
