About Mike Camp

Founder & Owner, North Bay Platinum Plumbing, Inc.

Michael (Mike) W. Camp is a U.S. Navy veteran, Eagle Scout, and seasoned plumbing professional who brings honor, integrity, and unmatched technical expertise to every project.

After graduating high school, Mike served aboard submarines in the U.S. Navy, where he developed the discipline, precision, and work ethic that continue to guide his career. Following his honorable discharge, he married Jennifer in 1997. Together, they have called Santa Rosa home for over 27 years and are proud parents of three children: Morgan, Thomas, and Logan.

Mike began his career in the trades as a concrete cutter and core driller, later working as a forklift operator and counter rep at Cal-Steam, a local plumbing supply house. He gained hands-on experience in the field as a plumber’s assistant, working closely with respected journeymen like Gavin Duarte and Dave Hadden. In 2001, he began plumbing professionally and earned his Journeyman Plumber’s License in 2009 when he started Platinum Plumbing.

In 2019, Mike updated Platinum Plumbing to North Bay Platinum Plumbing, Inc., building the company on the core values of honesty, dependability, and expert craftsmanship. His reputation has grown through word-of-mouth referrals, a reflection of his commitment to doing things the right way—every time.
